1. Living habits

4. Growth habits

Under natural conditions, the sexual maturity age of Brazilian turtles is generally 4-5 years old. In the Yangtze River Basin, the growth period is from May to September, and the spawning period is around the summer solstice. It can lay 3-4 eggs a year, with 3-19 eggs being laid frequently.
